Before the throne

 The four living creatures, each having six wings, were full of eyes around and within. And they do not rest day or night, saying:

…“Holy, holy, holy,

Lord God Almighty,

Who was and is and is to come!”

 

…“You are worthy, O Lord,

To receive glory and honour and power;

For You created all things,

And by Your will they exist and were created.” – Revelation 4.8-11

 

We are blessed to be in God’s throne here with angels and heavenly beings and the tribes of Israel and with the disciples in attitudes of pure worship and adoration. I can’t imagine being there to see this great worship service of all time. All of these voices join together to sing

 

Holy, holy, holy is the Lord God Almighty.  He is the One who was and He is and He is to come. He worthy of His glory and honour and power because He has created all things and in Him they exist today.

 

This is our God. Our God is not a flawed being. He is also not a genie in a lamp that we can call forth to do our bidding. He is the Creator God who made all things and who by whom we have our existence today.

 

If He is not worthy of all that no one is. We don’t have to wait till we get to Throne Room in order to give Him His due. We can do it now get in practice for that day.
